PingScouter provides website monitoring, uptime checks, alerting workflows, and historical reporting features. Monitoring results are based on automated checks and may be affected by network conditions, provider outages, or third-party dependencies.

We may introduce, modify, or retire features to improve the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to interfere with the stability, integrity, or security of PingScouter.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse service data beyond intended usage.
• Use monitoring in a way that violates third-party terms or policies.

Paid plans, limits, and pricing are shown on the pricing page. If billing applies, you authorize charges for your selected plan in accordance with displayed terms.

Plan features and usage limits may vary by tier and may change with notice.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or external events may cause temporary disruptions.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

PingScouter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingScouter and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms were violated or to protect service integrity.
